Good afternoon Effort family. If you’re looking for something good to do this weekend consider joining us for Habitat’s Effort build day in the Houchen’s Place neighborhood. It’s located almost directly across from Lake Christian Church. Come on out at 8am tomorrow, bring a lunch and help build a home for a family in need. Also, our Upward Basketball registration has gone live. You can check that out at this link. Make sure you let your friends and neighbors know about this great ministry. If you are interested in serving as a coach or ref let Stephanie Jamison know at jamisons@vt.edu.
Finally, my wife and I are departing for our belated fifteenth anniversary trip early next week. We’ll miss you guys but I’ll be out of the office all of next week. If you need anything, call the church office and our staff will help you out.
