Happy Thanksgiving-eve! Our offices are closed this Friday so you get the Pulse a little bit early this week. I’ll be praying for a spirit-filled Thanksgiving for all of you. I pray that it is a time of celebration or that God works through these moments for needed healing and reconciliation. Either way, enjoy some turkey!

Since this week is set aside as a time of thankfulness, I’d like to express my gratitude to all of our volunteers. I love serving at a church where people are so quick to serve. Every Sunday we have fellowship teams who show up to make coffee and setup snacks. Our tech teams arrive early to run through all the slides and videos for the day. We have a team that creates graphics for our sermon series and those who help think through topics for what comes next. I love that our deacons are greeting and visiting our people. I’m also grateful for all the hours our committee members put in behind the scenes to keep us moving forward toward realizing God’s dream for this place. For all those who serve, thank you!

Grace & Peace,

We’ll be holding our Blue Christmas service again this year.

Sunday, December 3rd at 5PM in the Sanctuary.

For those who are coping with loss, the death of a loved one, the death of a dream, or simply a difficult season of live, Blue Christmas offers a time to honor grief and pain in a safe place.

The goal of this service is not to provide neat answers for why suffering occurs but to find hope in what is ultimately the message of Christmas: That a light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it, no matter how much it seems like the darkness is winning. You are invited to join us for a safe place of rest, comfort, and healing.

We have completed Upward registration

and have 150 children signed up for basketball and 11 cheerleaders! We are still in need of some crucial volunteers to support the program. If you are interested in helping or know someone who is please email us at:

Needs include:
– Coaches (Kindergarten, 3&4 grade and 5&6 grade)
– Referees
– Someone to set up chairs along sideline each week (starting in Jan for 8 Saturdays)
