Good afternoon EBC family!
It has been an amazing week here at Effort! We hosted over 250 children and 70+ volunteers for Shipwrecked VBS and discovered how Jesus rescues us through life’s storms. Our days were filled with powerful Bible stories, worshipful Bible songs, team-building games, cool gizmos, real-life kid stories, and tasty treats. The children donated $388.89 to our mission project which will provide seeds for families in Haiti to grow food. There were many God Sightings – places where children and volunteers discovered the evidence of God in their lives.
You do not want to miss hearing these stories this Sunday at our 9:30 and 11:00 worship services. Please join us this Sunday and bring a friend who may need to be rescued from one of life’s storms.

Thursday, June 28th is our next Effort Family Prayer Dinner.
5:30 PM in the Fellowship Room of the Sanctuary. We will have a wonderful meal followed by worship and prayer. This month we will be continuing our focus on our Shipwrecked Vacation Bible School…and that Jesus Rescues!
