HERE'S SOME FAQ (AND ANSWERS) TO HELP YOU BE IN THE KNOW FOR THE BIG DAY.

Pastor Ben here. I am very excited about our Church BBQ this weekend. Doors open at 4pm for fun and games and dinner is served at 5pm. Several people have asked some questions about the event so I thought it might be helpful to answer them for everyone.

What’s the big deal about a BBQ?

We believe that God has called us together to be His family. Since we don’t always get to see people in the other services on Sunday morning, these events are really important for us to spend time with one another and grow in fellowship.

Should I invite my friends or neighbors?

Absolutely. I think one of the best ways for people to get a sense of what our faith is about is to spend time with us. This is a great opportunity to invite those people you got to know during The Art of Neighboring to hang out.

Will there be things for my kids to do?

Yes, we will have fun games and activities set up that are fun for the whole family.

Ok, so is this event just for young families?

Absolutely not. We believe that God’s dream for a multi-generational church. An event like this is a moment for all of us to gather; single, married, those with kids, young, and the chronological superior alike.

You mentioned bringing hurricane relief supplies on Sunday. What should I bring?

We are asking people to bring some supplies to help with hurricane relief efforts. We are partnering with God’s Pit Crew to ensure the supplies are delivered where they will do the most good. Check out the lists directly below to see what they are collecting:
