Wednesday 8/4, Council met to hear a presentation from a consultant concerning the pastor search process.
A statement from Council Chair Rob Jones:
“Bill Wilson provided an overview of the services offered by the Center for Healthy Churches to Church Council as a whole. Council will be prayerfully considering whether we want to utilize this program to provide assistance for identifying not just the pastor we want, but more importantly the pastor that the Lord has in mind for the future impact of Effort Church on His Kingdom.”
