Good afternoon EBC family. I’ve missed you over the past several weeks and am happy to be back. The stories I’ve been hearing from VBS are so powerful. Over 70 volunteers stepped up to show God’s love to over 250 kids. This was so exciting that we oriented our prayer dinner around VBS last night. We thanked God for the opportunity to host all of these kids, shared the God-moments from the week and prayed that the spiritual lessons will take root in the lives of each of these children. Thanks again to everyone who helped.
We have some exciting things planned for the rest of July.
* July 14th – Men’s Breakfast with guest speaker, John Rhea. Join us for fellowship, worship and bacon! 8AM in the FLC.
* July 21st – Game and Movie Night. We’ll show I Can Only Imagine and have games for the younger kids.
* July 22nd – Baptisms. If you’d like to be baptized or have questions about baptism, contact me at pastor@effortchurch.org .
