At Effort Christian School & Preschool, we believe teaching is more than a profession; it is a calling to invest in the lives of children academically, spiritually, and personally. As a ministry of Effort Church, we see education as an important part of forming the whole child. We seek to cultivate a love of learning, a growing faith in Jesus Christ, strong relationships with others, and an awareness that each student has been uniquely gifted by God to make a difference in the world around them. Our faculty partner with families and one another to create an environment that is academically rich, relationally strong, and deeply rooted in Christian faith.
We seek educators who genuinely love children, delight in helping students learn and grow, and desire to bring their own gifts and passions into a collaborative Christian community. At Effort, teaching means more than preparing students for what comes next: it means helping shape lives marked by curiosity, character, faith, and a growing sense of God’s calling.
