REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
The early registration cost per child for basketball is $75; after Nov 16 , the cost is $ 85.

The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $75; after Nov 16 , the cost is $ 85.

Deadline for registration is Dec 13.
Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $14.

Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $14. Register early.

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.

They will take place at the Effort Family Life Center as follows: K5 - 8th Grade Boys/Girls
Saturday, Dec 6, between 11 am and 12 pm

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
First Practice - Saturday, Dec 13, 2014
First Game - Saturday, Jan 17, 2015
Awards Celebration - Saturday, Apr 11, 2015
