Good afternoon Effort family. I hope you are having a fantastic week. I’d like to share a word with you this afternoon and that word is anticipation.
The dictionary defines anticipation as the act of looking forward; especially, pleasurable expectation. It’s a powerful word that says something good is on the way. We, as the people of God, get to anticipate all day, every day. We do so because we know that God is always up to something good.
I am anticipating the movement of God this week. I look forward expecting that God is going to do something good and I hope you do too. Here are some ways to experience the goodness of God this week:
Breathe Women’s Ministry is hosting a ministry event this evening at 7pm at Effort. Childcare is provided.
Tomorrow, the Men’s Ministry is taking a road trip to Lynchburg to attend a conference for men. We’re leaving from Effort at 6am. There are still a few tickets left. Join us as we anticipate the goodness of God.
